Adults Alphabet

Okay, well this is my next app I’m developing. I’ve been working on it for about 2 weeks on and off, and the basic idea is there at the moment. But it still needs a lot more work. I have the basic interface up at the moment, but thats getting tweaked as I add more features. But here is a quick screenshot of the current state: It’s meant to be an alphabet application, designed for everyone but kids, I want it to be more in depth. At the moment it shows a description of the letter, the origin and the usage. But in the future I will add: - Other representations (Greek, Phonetic, etc) - Code representations (Unicode, UTF-8) - Playable pronunciation. Thats just a few definite features, but there are more ideas in mind. If you have a suggestion just email me at christopher.hannah@me.com

Play Bug Splatter Online!

I haven’t really added any more features into Bug Splatter recently, so I decided I’ll make it free for people to play on the internet for a while.

Since releasing the web version, I have updated the iOS version with much better difficulty settings and bug fixes. So you can grab that here.

Bug Splatter

For people that don’t know, Bug Splatter is my first ever game I’ve made and it’s currently free on iTunes! But I’m hoping to release another update soon with some decent improvements, then it will be 69p!

Here is a quick list of things I plan to do before releasing the update (There will most likely be a lot more):

- Change the difficulty settings, and have it so theres more of a difference between them. And also Hard will actually be a challenge.

- Change the gameplay so that the bugs can move differently.

- Add in special traits to each bug so it’s not boring.

- Add in timer.

- Add in a few more levels.

- Maybe, start working on a second game mode.

Learning

As you might see, there is nothing much here yet. But I’ll start adding in the content soon from the old site, and add some details about the iPhone apps I’ve made.

But apart from adding in previous content, I won’t be doing much more development for at least a week and probably after that only a bit. Mainly because I want to go back and pretty much start from scratch and learn Objective-C more and get used to the SDK.

But during that, I’ll be using this as a blog and probably try and get some cool stuff up on here!

New Site!

It’s Christopher Hannah here, just telling you about my new website. I’m currently updating it so it’s more focused on my iPhone development.

It will be gradually changing, so keep your eye out!
